Our Location

Wesleyan Hills encompasses 30 acres of land in Middletown, Connecticut, including dwellings, open spaces, including ponds, fields, wooded areas, two miles of footpaths, and the Barns, which are community spaces available to reserve for events and weddings.

They are also used as a meeting place for Board and Association meetings. The Barns are located at 616 Long Hill Road, Middletown CT 06457.

Wadsworth Mansion-Long Hill Estate

The elegant home built in 1900 by Colonel Clarence S. Wadsworth, is now an event space owned by the city of Middletown. Surrounding the mansion are 200 acres of beautiful grounds designed by the well-known Olmsted Brothers and miles of trails to walk.

Powder Ridge

Skiing and snowboarding is available at the Powder Ridge Mountain Park and Resort in neighboring Middlefield.

The local state park with 267 acres of woods, trails, a swimming hole and two scenic waterfalls abutting Wesleyan Hills. It features hiking, swimming, mountain biking, picnicking, stream fishing, and cross country skiing.

A Middlefield staple famous for pick-your-own fruit (apples, pears, peaches, blueberries, pumpkins) at this historic orchard. Their farm shop sells all kinds of produce plus pies and other baked goods. Frequent special events include a maze in a cornfield every fall.
